Good Activity, nEEyy!

We all know that Bogor is known as Rain City. So, it’s no wonder if it has a lot of special foods and drinks in rainy season. Most of them are eaten still warm, such as Bajigur, Bansus, Colenak, Makaroni Panggang, etc.

But it’s not a discussion which I tell u.

As we know on 3 June, 2009 Bogor is anniversary. There are a lot of special events be held at many places in Bogor. So my friends and I decide to go Botanical Garden in Bogor. We call it KRB.

On 28 May, 2009 ago, we went to KRB . I was very excited. It was not my first experience to me, but visited to interesting place like this must be fun. After all, we were given a chance to enter Bogor Palace where it has so many historical things from 18th century.

Ehm,, you know we had to wait too long time to there. First we have to go to DPRD building to take a ticket at register table. Then committee of Istana Bogor Open give us seat wait taking turns. That was the last day at this event which be held from 13 May, 2009.

Let’s see the rules:
• We are not allowed to wear jeans, jacket, sweater, sandal, hat, etc.
• Do not bring the bag as it will be carried by special car
• Do not litter the place
• In order to everything safe, polices have to do inspection to visitors in front of the gate.


There were so many members of Pramuka and Paskibra who guide our journey. Sometimes they reminded visitors who did not obey the rules, include Dwi. Heehe.. she was advised by senior guide as she touched one of painting which made by Basuki Abdullah. I’m sure that she was very ashamed at that time as many people looked at her.

I can not tell you about the things there because it’s not properly to publish. Ok??

After finish walking around Bogor Palace we entered Botanical Garden. We decided to play the games and took a rest there. But it was failed. Irfan lost his bag. We did not why it can happen. Everybody tried to find it but it means doing nothings. Bogor Palace is very large. Beny is as our leader decided to help him by getting back to DPRD building. So we leaved it without Beny. 

I was very happy that the people still become KRB as a favorite place to spend holiday. Most of visitors come from local area. I only watched four strangers. I don’t know why it happen does.
